VAADI ORGANICS ships everywhere in Malaysia within 4-5 business working days of the order being placed. We use reputed courier services only for all our dispatches.
We provide free delivery on all orders above RM 80. For orders below RM 80 there is a shipping charge of RM 10
Tracking Your Order
Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email and you can start tracking your order approximately within 24 hours after it has been dispatched. We only use reputed courier companies for all our dispatches and they are fully trackable online till they are delivered.
Order Confirmation Emails
As soon as you complete your order online an automated confirmation email will be sent. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address. If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If your orders are entering the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Norway, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand or many other countries, you do not have to worry about import fees. Most of these countries allow upto a certain value of goods without any import/customs fee.
There are some countries where it is possible you may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, GST (VAT) or quarantine fees upon receipt of your product. These charges are separate from VAADI ORGANICS shipping charge and we have no control or influence on these charges and payment of these charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
All our courier partners will contact, guide and assist you with the payment of these charges (if any) and promptly deliver the shipment.
There is no risk to you!
Since we use fully trackable reputed courier services like UPS Express, Fedex, DHL and Aramex, you will be able to track your order at every stage till delivery. You can also get in touch with us at any time and we will assist you with tracking your order.
Incase an order is lost by the courier service, we will dispatch another order within 15 days as that is the time required to coordinate and get confirmation from the courier company on the lost shipment.
